Our WONDERFUL friends had a going away party for us the other night. I think they waited 3 weeks to see if we would really move. We miss them so much!!!
All my little friends!!
The Daddies ... outside where it was quiet...
The Mommies... they are the ones who coordinate everything!
We took daddy to our new pool. There is so much to do, including a lazy river! I am such a great swimmer... just look at these pics! Mommy and I have been spending a lot of time here so far this summer. The water is still quite chilly, but you do get used to it quickly, well mommy doesn't! There is even a huge sand area! There are several big slides, but I am still about 8 inches too short for them, but I can go on the dolphin slide... yeah! Maybe when you come to visit we can take you here with us!
We went to the zoo with our friends Vicki and Jacob. We have been spoiled by the Columbus Zoo... this zoo wasn't so great. The kids had fun but it won't be one we go to but once a year. We did get to see giraffes, which the Columbus Zoo doesn't have and a dolphin show, but it wasn't as exciting as we thought it would be.
I started soccer camp today at Purdue University. I really didn't want to go. I cried and made a fuss for quite a while. Mommy and Daddy made me try it for at least a few minutes, they played with me. Before I knew it I was best friends with the college coaches and having a blast! We will see how she does the rest of the week. I also attended my first Vacation Bible School. I wanted to go all by myself. I sure did love it. Mommy and I talked about it all night long. It was a busy day for me, but I enjoyed it. We are still digging ourselves out of boxes, you can just about see the floor of the garage. We got passes to a pool, so we will spend a lot of time swimming!
Well, we made it in one piece to Indiana. There were a few minor (although at the time they were major to mommy!) problems, but everything worked out well!
I didn't want to be "bored" as we were waiting for the movers to get here so I stayed at Nana's and Papaw's to play with my "best friends" (cousins) while mommy and daddy tried to dig themselves out of boxes.
