Home at last!

We have made it home safely! It has been a long, tired 12, 16, 24... oh I don't even know how long it has been at this point... but I am tired!

Meredith did great on the flight home, if she was sleeping. She is so busy it was hard to keep her on our laps if she was awake. Rebecca did awesome! She was asking how much longer 20 minutes into the flight from Hong Kong. Finally she fell asleep after about 6-7 hours and woke with only 15 minutes left. She was the first to congratulate Meredith on being a US citizen! Her citizenship was official as soon as we landed in Chicago. We had lots of family and friends who make the trip out to Cinci airport to see us at 9 PM. Thanks to all of you! You have no idea how good it was to see you all! As you can see Meredith is a very happy, easy baby!

We will see how the night goes. Both girls were asleep by 1 AM. My little sister and nephews are coming (with donuts ) in the morning. I hope to get the girls up at a decent hour so we can quickly get back on track with the time difference.

I will post some homecoming pictures as soon as I get them from those who took them!

Thanks for all your prayers and thoughts for my family as we traveled! It was quite an adventure and one we will always remember!
